The Terminator franchise arrives on TV with this serial drama. Set a year after the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day the series follows Sarah and John Connor as they hide from the authorities and Skynet's army of Terminators.

After two years in one spot Sarah Connor feels the need to move on before they get too comfortable and get caught. They move to a new city where John starts school and meets a girl who helps him fight an enemy he’s been fighting all his life.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is a spin-off of the popular Terminator movies, and is set between the events in the original Terminator and its megamillions sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

It follows Sarah Connor's quest to keep her son John--who just happens to be the savior of humanity--alive while time-traveling robots try to kill him before he can fulfill his destiny of becoming a robot-killing mastermind.

Lena Headey stars as Sarah, Thomas Dekker as John, and sci-fi teen queen Summer Glau (Firefly) as John's mysterious (and hot) friend.

Lena Headey (Sarah Connor), Thomas Dekker (John Connor), Summer Glau, and Richard T. Jones where all at the 2007 Comic Con convention at San Diego. At Comic Con they showed the pilot episode to fans, which (according to IGN) was received really well.
